Objective: Design a circular packaging system for Ace of Air in collaboration with Bartlett Brands and Product Ventures, aimed at eliminating waste in the beauty and wellness industry.

Contributions:

• Primary Packaging Design – Developed CAD models for modular, refillable containers designed for 100+ reuse cycles, ensuring durability and sustainability.

• Boomerang Box Shipping System – Modeled a reusable, ocean-plastic-based return package for seamless product exchanges via carbon-neutral shipping.

• 3D Printing & Product Testing – Prototyped packaging components using 3D printing to evaluate form, function, and user experience, refining the design for durability and ease of use.

Description: Ace of Air sets a new standard for circular packaging, integrating zero-waste principles, sustainable materials, and tech-enabled tracking to redefine the consumer experience and promote long-term sustainability.
